Dear Customers,
We understand that the uncertainty COVID-19 has imposed upon businesses, families and communities across our nation is unprecedented and we hope you are keeping safe. We wanted to assure you Scan2Archive are operating business as usual and completing our projects to the same high standards and timeliness our customers expect. We have in place a COVID-19 plan as part of our WHS policy and our staff are taking all the necessary precautions within our business; observing social distancing, regular washing of hands and sanitising equipment and work stations after use.
Many of our customers Australia wide have utilised this time to take a closer look at their business and staff operations with a view to implement a stronger digitisation strategy. We are witnessing many significant changes occurring in organisations with pro-active digitisation at the forefront of many of these process improvements. At Scan2Archive, we have continued to assist a wide variety of businesses to digitise a huge range of materials throughout this pandemic and will continue to do so.
Some recent projects include:
- A significant number of small and medium size businesses have engaged Scan2Archive to assist in digitising their hard copy paper files, whilst downsizing office space to facilitate their employees to be able to work effectively from home. Examples of scanned materials include; 100s of Lever Arch folders full of financial records, project files, employee files, legal files and miscellaneous personal files stored in filing cabinets, shelves and compactus.
- A NSW State Government Department engaged Scan2Archive to scan several thousand employee files following an office relocation to a new building, where there was no longer space to store the files.
- A large NSW Council required several thousand development applications to be digitised including over 25,000 large format plans and engineering drawings.
- A nationally based Nursing home requested us to digitise over 500 resident files within a very condensed timeframe.
- NSW State Parliament required previously scanned files to have data extracted and files merged and spilt for easier access.
- The Catholic Church had several old and delicate volumes of historical ledger books requiring very delicate and fragile scanning techniques.
- Several schools engaged Scan2Archive to digitise a range of files including; student files, financial files, administration files and highly confidential counselling files.
- A regional base hospital had over 100 rolls of microfilm containing patient details to be digitised across 2 months.
- A Federal Government Department – Digitisation of over 1,000 VHS tapes, 450 audio tapes, numerous DVD, X-Ray, floppy discs and aperture cards.
- Several financial planners have required Scan2Archive to digitise their client files prior to changing licensee and have the files uploaded to their CRM systems
