The digitisation of Membership Application Forms enables accurate and quick transfer of customer data into company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Accounting systems.

Scan2Archive can digitise all application form sizes and layouts from A5 to multipage foldouts. The suggested digitisation process is as follows:

  • Collection of files from filing cabinets, shelving, compactus storage and packing into archive boxes.
  • Preparation of files including removal of staples, clips and repositioning of “Post-it” notes.
  • Scanning with high resolution state of the art Document Scanners.
  • Optical Character Recognition (OCR) for text searching.
  • Each file can be output to 1 PDF file and indexed as per the customer’s required naming conventions.
  • Data extraction of all membership details to csv or xls format for import into CRM / Accounting system.
  • Delivery of digital files via secure online link or encrypted USB media.
  • Secure destruction or secure return of original files.
